I went on line looking for a black denim jacket. I found this jacket and the description stated it included removable armor. I was skeptical at first but after receiving the jacket it is all it clams to be and then some. The workmanship on the entire jacket is superb. The stiching is reinforced where needed, pockets everywhere and lots of zippers. With the armor in I expect it to be very safe in case of a spill or slide, with the armor out, it can be comfortably worn for sporty non bike events.
